Getting started as a home based business is exciting, exhilarating and gives you a feeling of accomplishment, especially if it is successful, and there is no reason why it can not be. Maybe you will not be on the front page of Forbes, but who cares. It is your little baby, that you have helped it to walk and maybe it will of a soul all of it�s own, especially when it gets out of control and starts running around like a madman!
We started off selling on Ebay, and we spent over 8 years there. We learnt how market and sell product. We also learnt how to deal with customer complaints. We now have two businesses over at Ecrater Fun Cool Collectibles and we have just undertaken the opening of Discount Cosmetics. While Fun Cool Collectibles has taken off, we have just started Discount Cosmetics in the last week, it should take off, as soon as I start my article writing. While we do not believe that we will get rich overnight, but with hard work , perseverance and lots of patience we believe that we will be successful. We believe that the opportunities are there, as well as the competition, it will be those that persevere that will reap the benefits of working online.
We believe that much of our success is buying consumer goods cheap and selling for a little less than our competitors, we sell our goods at a very competitive rate, and this helps us to be more successful. We have several stores that will phone us when they are having clearance sales, and we will go over there and purchase their goods, and proceed to sell them online. It is a very competitive field, be we do well enough.
The advantage of having your own online business, is the flexibility that you have. You can work whenever you want, you do not have to spend hours a day commuting back and forth to work. All of that time commuting can be spent growing your business.

More Ebooks Have Been Added to the Download Section

I have added a couple of more ebooks to be downloaded. Register and start downloading all of the ebooks and software for free!
I have been checking Websites that are being sold. Many people who sell websites are selling them on Craigslist, which is great if you can localize the website! I have been checking domain names and I really like this idea. I have many scripts and templates that I can use to localize the domain name and then the website.
I have changed my #1 Fitness Site over to a Wordpress Blog. The more I use this script, the more versatile I find it to be. There are so many different themes and templates that you can use. Of course, one of the reasons that I like it so much is all of the plugins that you can find for this script. I actually like the way that 1 Fitness Site is turning out. I have to make some subtle changes, but I am sure that it will be a better looking website, and should sell.
I actually wish I had of stayed with putting up websites, as many of these are now selling, no matter how badly these websites may look. Actually, it is the content that attracts the traffic. If you have good original content, you will see how the traffic comes to your website.

My ebook store at 2 Big Ebook Store has been taking off. Between my Fun Cool Collectibles I have been very busy! We have purchased a lot of merchandise for Fun Cool Collectibles which I have been listing. I am actually finding that January was busy than December. I think that we are pulling out of the recession. Another venture is selling domain names at Deal A Site where I currently have three websites listed. I hope to list several more as time goes by. Currently. I am concentrating on 3 and 4 letter domain names. These domain names are selling fast, and the as time goes by, there will be no more available. While the .com domain names are almost all gone, the .info, .us etc. I have one domain name - 1vgs.com that should do ok. I have to go back and do some more work on the website.

The Chrsitmas Rush Has been So Busy.

It has been three weeks since I have made a blog post here at Marketing Online Business. I have been busy getting my 2 Big Ebook Store up and running. It is slowly coming together.

I look for short rare domain names. These are like an investment. They will appreciate in value as the years go by. while the .com, .net, .org are worth the most, the other extensions will increase in value. Travel.info sold for 116,000 according to Domain Name News the following info domain names have brought in great prices, newspaper.info sold for�13,550, or roughly $18,500, booking.info for $11,500 and names.info for €8,100, or about $10,500. So, do not pooh pooh the other other extensions. They will fill in the gap of the .com extensions are increasing in value.
